This particular appointment calls for a high profile automotive individual with strong consultation skills blended and creative with learning design skills and a passion for helping others fulfil their potential.

The ideal person will have considerable experience across a range of learning and assessment techniques including TNA (Training Needs Analysis, curriculum, facilitator-led workshop, knowledge/skills assessment and e-learning design.

Energy, drive and enthusiasm are essential qualities for this demanding role. An awareness of best practice in learning and development, evaluation and assessment is essential. Experience of learning design within the automotive Industry is a necessity as well as experience of working with building client relationships, taking and building on client briefs. The individual will also be able to brief trainers and facilitate train the trainer sessions.

Design professional and creative learning and assessment solutions in line with client needs and company quality standards.

Manage the design of learning solutions for a selection of the company accounts

Achieve targets for client feedback on learning and assessment solutions.

Achieve utilisation targets for fee-earning activity

This is a high profile Automotive Learning & Development (CREATIVE) appointment. All applications from outside of the Automotive arena will be unsuccessful.
