We are looking to appoint to a new post of IT Support Manager to manage the day to day operational delivery of the IT Support Service for all staff and students of the College, working across all sites. Working closely with the external support services, the post holder will take responsibility for the development of the College's IT Support Services, implementing service standards and developing common systems and processes based on industry best practice. The role also involves being the administrator for the software products used by the College eg: Moodle and Sharepoint. You will need to be qualified to degree level, or equivalent, in a related field and have substantial experience working within an IT support role and the processes associated with it.
